Sugary Chocolate Covered Cranberries
- 1 10 oz bag Ghirardelli Chocolate Dark Melting Wafers, melted
- Fresh Cranberries
- Sugar, for rolling
- Place the chocolate wafers in the top bowl of a double boiler over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and evenly melted. (Do not allow water to boil). Remove from the heat.
- With a fork, roll cranberries in the chocolate and then in the sugar.
- Place the cranberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to harden.
