These Sugary Chocolate Covered Cranberries pack a major punch. They are lightly sweet and crunchy on the outside, and BURST with a tart cranberry explosion on the inside!

  • 1 9 oz bag Hu Snacking & Baking Dark Chocolate Gems, melted
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Florida Crystals Organic Raw Cane Sugar, for rolling


  1. Chocolate: Place the chocolate in the top bowl of a double boiler over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and evenly melted. (Do not allow water to boil – you just want a gentle simmer). Remove from the heat.
  2. Put it together: With a fork, roll cranberries in the chocolate and then in the sugar.
  3. Let dry: Place the cranberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to harden. Enjoy once the chocolate has set.
