This festive holiday mule is tart, spicy and comes with an added hint of sweetness. It’s a great drink for the holidays and can be made two different ways!

Ingredients
ROSEMARY CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP:
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Honey
Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
Fresh Cranberries
CRANBERRY MOSCOW MULE:
1 32 oz jar R. W. Knudsen Just Cranberry Juice
1 4 pack Non-Alcoholic Ginger Beer
Blue Ice Handcrafted American Potato Vodka (gluten free)
1 Lime, freshly squeezed juice (divided)
Ice
Instructions
Rosemary Cranberry Simple Syrup: In a small pot, warm the water to almost boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the honey until fully dissolved. Add 1-2 fresh rosemary sprigs and a small handful of fresh cranberries. Cover and let steep until it is completely cool. (I like to let it steep for at least an hour). Discard the rosemary and cranberries.
Cranberry Moscow Mule without simple syrup: To each copper mug, add ice, 2 oz vodka, 2 oz cranberry juice and the juice from half a lime. Stir to combine. Top with ginger beer, stir gently, and garnish with a lime wedge and a couple cranberries.
Cranberry Moscow Mule with Rosemary Cranberry Simple Syrup: To each copper mug, add ice, 2 oz vodka, 2 oz cranberry juice, 2-3 tablespoons simple syrup and the juice from half a lime. Stir to combine. Top with ginger beer, stir gently, and garnish with a rosemary sprig and a couple cranberries.
Notes
Flavored Simple Syrup: This will last for about a week in the fridge.
