Description

This fresh made guacamole is loaded with red onion, cilantro and zippy serrano peppers for that extra spiciness. And, it’s a great appetizer or quick snack option as well.

Ingredients

  • 8 Ripe Hass Avocados, pitted and scooped
  • 2 Serrano Peppers, diced (rib in)
  • 1 small Red Onion, finely diced
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, to taste
  • 1 Lime, freshly squeezed juice
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash: To a large bowl, add the avocados, peppers and onion. Mash the avocados as you stir all the ingredients together.
  2. Stir: Once the mixture is to your desired consistency, add all other ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. How to serve: Transfer to a mortar or a different glass bowl. Enjoy on anything and everything!
  4. Chip recommendation: Siete Grain Free Tortilla Chips

Notes

  • If possible, use all organic ingredients.
  • Serrano Pepper: If you like your guacamole spicy, leave the rib and seeds in. If you want it less hot, cut the rib and seeds out.
