Description

This salsa is super fresh and is loaded with tons of great flavor. It takes just minutes to throw together, and is great as a healthy snack or fun meal add-on.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion, diced
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper, diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Lime, freshly squeezed juice
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, to taste
  • Himalayan Pink Salt, to taste
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Veggies: Roughly chop up the tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, garlic and fresh cilantro, and then add to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend: Pulse or blend until all ingredients are well combined, but still chunky.
  3. Season: Add the juice of one whole lime. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • Jalapeño Pepper: If you like your salsa spicy, leave the rib and seeds in. If you want it less hot, cut the rib and seeds out.
  • Tomatoes: If your tomatoes are very juicy, take the insides out of a couple. This will ensure a nice thick texture; versus one that may be a little watery.
