Ingredients
- 2 oz High West Whiskey American Prairie Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 – 1 Lime, freshly squeezed juice (depends on size and how tart you want it)
- Ginger Beer
- Ice
- Garnishes: Peach slices, lime wedge, mint leaves
Instructions
- Assemble: To a copper mug, add ice and top with whiskey, schnapps, lime juice and stir to combine.
- Add ginger beer: Top it off with ginger beer.
- Garnish: Add mint, a lime wedge and peach slice. Serve immediately.
