Ingredients Needed For This Holiday Simmering Pot:

  • Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Whole Cloves
  • 2 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • 2 Oranges
  • Water

So how does this pot work? Like I said, this pot is super easy to execute. Just add all of the ingredients to a pot, bring it to a boil, and then simmer on low until the water is all but dissolved. It’s just that easy. 🙂

Ingredients

  • Ocean Spray Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Whole Cloves, small pinch
  • 2 Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • 2 large Oranges, sliced or Orange Peel
  • Water

Instructions

  • Fill a medium sized pot or cast iron skillet with all ingredients, and add the water to about 1 inch below the brim.
  • Bring to a gentle boil and then reduce the heat to a low simmer.
  • Simmer on low until the water is almost dissolved. Repeat the process a couple of times.
  • Enjoy the smells of the holidays! 

Notes

  • Fresh Cranberries: I just fill the pot until I don’t see the bottom.
